I was told that there was a video of Scott Settlemire doing a press release with the Camaro in the background under a car cover.

Anyone know about this? or have the video?

If it's the video I think you're talking about, then no, it was not the "next" Camaro under the cover. I believe it was simply a shop unveiling a new package for 4th Gen Camaros. Scott did say a few words about the "possible" new Camaro though.

 

He is unveiling the Dick Harrell car.

 

Correct. However he did say something to the effect of in two to three years time we'll hopefully be delivering Camaros that look a little different than this.
