I know what you mean though. I too wish i had 5th gens like all my die casts..

This is just a guess on my part, but I think the reason the white color isn't available untill July is they will be making an Indy Pace Car for next years race.
I think it will be a limited production like the past IPCs.
Seems real easy to produce.
White Camaro, orange stripes, IPC stickers on the doors and the Inferno orange interior package with maybe some Indy names stiched on the seats.
Wouldn't even be surprised if it was a convertible.

 

I thought the same thing but then the Vert will have to be pushed up in production. I hope so cause that is what I am holding out for and plus if they have the Pace Car option that is what I am going to get.

 

Now all that needs is a scale model CamaroZ28.com garage!
