Are there any more pics of the convertible? I've seen the spy shots and the cruel teaser shots from GM (head on front and rear only).

Well that does mean it won't be available in LS trim.

What would the reasoning be on not offering it across the board?

I don't think I've seen an LS Camaro with the steely wheels yet, save for one on a dealer lot.

I imagine the take rate on the LS is quite low, and on a convertible (considered a premium option, adding thousands to the price of the car), the take rate on the stripper LS would probably be even lower.

I've seen two. One was yesterday.

I've seen several LS Camaros. There's even one local dealer offering a manager's special of an LS equipped with RS wheels and tires for under $25k. You can also pick up gently used LS Camaros for less than $23k in some places. They make for a great bargain basement blank canvas.

I would love to have a bottom of the barrel LS with the steel wheels and everything. I think they look great in aqua metallic. Would be fun to play around with.
No interest in convertibles though.

They should be hitting dealerships by March at the earliest... just in time for an early spring.

It gives them a couple of months to ramp up production and actually deliver cars to dealerships while only half the country is interested.
