Is 6 weeks a new record?
I've had my car just a little over 6 weeks. Even washed it last weekend and put 2 coats of wax on it....
then some stupid little 16 year old smashed into it in the Walmart parking lot with their Dodge Ram pickup truck trying to do a u-ie into a parking spot.
Darn near wiped the driver's side door right off.
No, there was no one hurt, thank goodness....but I'm heartbroken

What's the fun in that?
I bought mine to enjoy driving it, not to wall it up in a garage. I had my 98 Z28 for 10 without as much as a scratch. That made the fact that this one got crumbled in a mere six weeks so hard to believe.
Update: My car just got picked up today. I found a really good shop that promises to make it as good as new. (at the other guy's expense, of course)
Keep your fingers crossed!
