2010/11 front license plate bracket solution

This seems to be the be solution I've found to attach a front license plate to the front of the car w/o drilling or costing a lot:

3/16" x 1 1/4" washers
1/8" x 3" toggle bolts
sticky back foam or felt.

After a little more digging, i found that you can turn the bracket upside down & mount it lower:

Lower:

Upper:

Which do you think looks better? Upper or lower?

Thanks for the head's up on how to do this.

And I most definitely prefer upper. It looks centered and intentional. Mounting it lower makes it look "un-factory".

How does the Camaro bracket mount? Is it the same as the other ones displayed?

The Top Flight uses 3M automotive grade double sided tape. The other mounts under the car using hardware and is a universal product meant for use on almost any vehicle.
