i have the stock 15X7 rims (i belive thats what they are) and my current tire size is 215/65/15 but i was wondering if i could fit a bigger/wider tire on there, like a 225/55/15 or a 225/75/15 etc. i want a taller tire but more i want a wider tire, even if its just a little. any help would be appreciated, thankx

i wouldnt reccomend a taller tire, maybe wider but i am sure you can put 16's with a 255/65/16, or something similar.

you can fit a 315/30/17 tire in there with the BFG (big freakin hammer) mod and some fender lip rollin, you'd need 17x11 rims though. beleive me, this is an intimidating look from the back too and youll handle/hook up great. now if you're looking to fit biggest tires on your stock rims then yes a 225/55/15 will work and im pretty sure you can even fit 235's. try and keep the overall tire diameter close to stock so there no clearancing problems ESPECIALLY if you go with 315's. hope this helps

i meant stock rims, and they're only 15s so i have alot of room in the fender well. i might also pick up these spring spacers that raise the back up by like 1". i was just wondering what the widest and tallest tire i could fit on a stock 15X7 rim. these 215/65/15s are just too small for my liking.
