Whats the cheapest way to scan/tune OBD2

Just as the subject says, LT1 edit is $550, and I'm sure there has to be something cheaper. I really don't need to tune yet, I'd just like to see what the PCM sees, and FreeScan is only OBD1, are there any others?

For scanning I use Alex Peper's Carcode -Works excellent and isn't too expensive.

Cheap and OBD II should not be in the same sentence. I ordered AutoTap and LT 1 edit OBD II and laptop about a week ago. Autotap is here already and is great. LT 1 edit has not arrived yet?!?! I hope in the long run its worth being broke now.
