ATI dealer? customer service? I NEEEED PARTS!

I need a 12 rib idler pulley for a P1SC
I need a 12 rib 3.4 blower pulley
and the 12 rib belt to fit this combo.

I need it all A.S.A.P.

I've just spent nearly a MONTH getting jacked around by RPM outlet, which has the CRAPPIEST customer service in the whole wide world. (never ONCE returned calls or e-mails... which is why I finally cancelled the order) Of course, they blame all shipping delays on ATI.

So, two questions.....
Does ATI really suck that bad about shipping out products?
And, where would you reccomend I purchase this stuff? I need it right away.

Just a heads up, ATI is pretty slow. It took me almost 6 weeks to get my smaller pullies.

ATI can sometimes run behind in shipping but I don't think it should take to long to get these parts out. We can take care of this and you'd be looking at about $215. plus shipping.

you can call and order direct from ATI as well, ive gotten a 3.4" pulley as well as 2 free fuel pumps from them. just gotta know hwo to talk to there.....i guess i have a friend on the inside but so far service for me has been great. they rebuilt my p-1sc to d-1sc and had it back to me in under 2 weeks.
