Post Thought about Silverado SS

I am not sure if this has been brought up yet but I was looking at the info for the SS and I came across the sentance that said "underrated 345 hp 6.0". Then I thought why it could be underrated. It is probably due to the fact that the Escalade has the same motor but does not want to be out powered by something as "lowly" as a Chevrolet. And I am sure it wants to retain the standing of most powerful SUV( and yes I know the other is a pick-up). Maybe it will be a lot better than we think. I also remember the gold concept Silverado that has a 400 hp 6.0, so the power can be there. What do you think?

Question

Who claimed it would be underrated? It's been suggested here that maybe it's underrated, but I highly doubt that if it is Chevy would advertise it that way.
