Installed Taylor Spiro-Pro,Radio clicks with RPM's

Radio now has click/tick coming through speakers. It is definetly associated with the rpm's(rpm's rev up and so does the clicking). The stereo is a Kenwood cd.It was installed with the adaptor to hook directly into the factory harness.
The radio was installed before the headers and Taylor wires. It is so annoying! It only happens with the radio and not when playing cd's.Could this be wires, bad ground??????

All responses are appreciated!!!

Your plug wires probably have poor shielding and are emitting RFI (radio frequency interference) that is beig picked up by your HU's tuner.
