[Possible Site Bug] Pages taking 7-10 seconds to load.

Pages taking 7-10 seconds to load.
When I click on a post, or a different forum, it takes about 10 seconds for the page to load.
It will show the CZ28 banner at the top and the status bar in IE is finished loading, but the page remains white for about 10 seconds. Then everything gets populated on the page.
I'm using Windows XP and IE7 on this system. I won't be able to test on a different system/broswer until later tonight.
I have NOT done any cleanup on my system (temp files, etc). I can do this if you want.
