With AFM - How moddable will these cars be?

With AFM on the Automatic SS, will you beable to apply boltons such as CAI, Exhaust, Ect without interfeering with it? Or will you need to have it tuned to drive properly?

What about when you get alittle deeper such as when you into Heads, Cam, Strokers, ect... will AFM still beable to function or will you run into major problems?
