Factory BMW Wheels...Will they fit?

If a BMW wheel has a correct f body offset and bolt pattern will they work? There are plenty of wheels with 40mm offset. Thanks

I don't know the answer, but what BMW wheels would look good on a f-body?

There are some mesh looking 19s I like that are actual BMW replica wheels. I didnt mean only BMW stock wheels. I also meant aftermarket wheels for a BMW, because if the stocks will fit then they should too.

Now that i think about it, i remember seeing people selling Corvette wheels on the BMW boards for the 5lug BMW's. So they may fit?

The bolt circle is slightly different..... and whether it "works" appears to be open to debate. I've seen people post here that it "works fine with no problems" and I've seen people post reports of the lugs coming loose and studs breaking. The tiny difference in bolt circle (120.00 BMW vs. 120.65 F-Body) may not seem significant, but it can affect the stress on the studs.

This question is actually answered in post #5 in the FAQ stickied at the top of the "Wheels and Tires" forum topic page.

Yes they will work but to be safe you will need hubcentering rings.

I kinda scared of the smaller bolt pattern thing now. I always knew about it but I never knew peoples studs have broken from it. I think I might buy a set of the 19" mesh ones anyways and run adaptors on my caprice/olds custom cruiser wagon. Just gotta find some extra cheap 19" tires.
