Looks like someone sidewiped you... hit-and-run.
Many of those scuff marks would probably come out with a good abrasive polish. Not sure if there are major scratches underneath, but I'd bet you could clean it up pretty well for now.

Damn that sucks man, sorry about that.. Dont feel too bad though I just forgot to put my emergency brake back on when I stepped out of my car and rolled right back into my dad's car right before i got back in to slam on the brake

It's probably fixable its just bothering me right now..

Looks to me that the fender will need a couple of hours or so on repair/priming and refinishing fender and possibly blending the door.
You can go through your insurance if you have collision coverage (or UMPD) depending on the state you live, but you will have to pay a possible deductible.
I would get a few estimates at a local body shop to compare prices and warranty.
Time to search the neighborhood for a white vehicle......

I saw the first pic and was like, eh, thats not really a big deal(i mean it is, but ya know) then I saw the rest and just thought, wow, I'd beat the hell outta the person if I ever found them. Sorry man, good luck getting it fixed.

It does look like the work for a body shop though.
