Stanton always has a day in the spring that the cert guy comes to the track and does them. Check their web page, they'll post it up.
Also check with Stenod they have the guy come in and do certs sometimes. You could make an appointment to have your car there at that time if they don't have a full days worth already.

 

I think hardcore up in flint has a chassi cert day too. www.weracehardcore.com

 

Milan is doing a chassis certification day at the track, April 21-22.
