Fel-pro's 1074
Jegs : 375-1074

So far they hold ~8 psi boost with stock shortblock well. Arp head bolts also.

the 1074's will support a 4.125 bore

they are currently in my 396
But I prefer the Cometic multi layer gasket much better.

Ray,

Do you have any special application procedures with the cometics for elivated HP per cube applications?

-Nelson Raceing Engines uses some kind of sealent on the head gasket and deck.....

-Some say the head should be retorqued after a heat cycle or two...
