LT1 exhaust diagram??
wondering if anyone has pics of the stock exhaust setup,,,,just a little confused aobut the way my exhaust is setup

This is for a 93-95 with a single cat. I see yours is a 97 you might have a duel cat but the basic layout it the same.

ALL 96/97's are dual cats. The driver's side cat is bolted directly to the bottom of the driver's side exhaust manifold. The passenger side cat is lower on the passenger side pipe, under the passenger seat (same location as the single-cat cars, but the single cat is after the "Y"). The line out of the driver's side cat crosses over and connects to the line from the passenger side, after the passenger side cat. From there back, the routing is identical.
