egr delete

i have a 98 ta a4 and haven't had any luck finding out information on doing a ls6 egr delete for it. Also anyone know of a good programer that works on a 98 ls1?

I need one that changes gear ratios, o2 sensor deletes, cam change, etc.

Thanks

You unbolt the EGR, remove it then put a blocking plate where is used to be. They can be made or purchased. The codes are deleted by a tuner.

If you still have the LS1 intake just put a rubber plug in the hole.

You'll need to either pickup some software to tune with (EFI Live, HPTuners, LS1Edit) or find someone who has the software and let them do it. Hand-helds continue to offer more and more when it comes to the things they can do. But, nothing compares to something like EFI Live.

gotcha, I could just see where just saying "tuner" could be taken that way.
