Question Shops for p&p heads in the Metro Det. area

I was wondering what shops you guys use around here to do head work, that might be reasonable and do a good job. I know that might be a lot to ask. But i was thinking that if I am going to tear into the engine this winter anyways I might as well go all the way and do the heads. I noticed there were a few shops mentioned in LT1 tech that ported heads for around $450, and the people were very happy with them. I don't need a whole lot done and would like to keep it local. Just want my LT4 heads to flow about 260ish is all.

Any ideas would be appreciated?

Thanks

I figure if I am going in for the cam swap I might as well do the heads at the same time. even if I have to spend an extra $grand the time is now to do it. Rate now I have more questions than answers. When I get the head work done do I need to do the valve job and replace with better valves?? I already have the light weight LT4 valves and I don't know if they are any good. I guess I will be doing some more posting in the tech section later.
