The best shocks for ride comfort?

Ive searched and it seems that konis are a pretty good shock for handling. But im looking for the best shock for ride quality, can i adjust them to do that or will they still be too stiff since they are made for autocrossing. Are there any better shocks then the konis for what i want?

Did your car come with the 150 speedo and without the 108 cutoff? Just wondering because I thought all z28 verts had the 110 speedo and non-z rated tires.
Thxs.
