Powerdyne racer rebuild anygood

Ihave a powerdyne on my 95 with 396 with 6lb pulley and get about 4lbs.
I talked to Carl at 928 motorsport the first time and he said the racer rebuild
would push 10 or 12lbs,the second time i talked to him he said it depends.
His web site says the blower will have a operating range of 40,000 rpm and
a cealing of 60,000 rpm.
Idon,t mind spending the money if it would give 80 to 100 hp more, but if it,s
no good why waist the time and money.Carl doesn,t seem to want to talk to
much because he is to busy, but he will take your money quick.
So i,am wondering what do you guys think,Rick Kruse or any one else that would give there knowledge would be very helpful.
Thanks a lot guys

It all does depent on what engine size you have and cam and headers, so if you reading 4 lbs with a 6 lbs pulley could be right never the less the blower is working ok.
btw, skip the Vortech, Procharger and step up to the old Paxton VR4

I know the blower is working ok, what i would like to know is if this racer rebuild with better high speed beings ,tighter clerences smaller pullies will make much more power in my engine or is it a waist of money.Carl at 928
motorsport says he can make this blower make more power, for a cost of
$700.00 dollars.Go on his web site and check it out .
www.928 motorsports.com.,thank you very much for your time.

Dont know what that racer rebuild is, but my guess would be bearings and a kevlar belt. You really can't push the powerdyne any more than stock, it just won't take it. I blew up 3 on a stock LS1 before i threw in the towel.
