Any idea what the fastest stock bottom lsx is? Any hp numbers?

 

East Coast Super Charging has the fastest stock bottom end LT1, its in the high 9s on gas, fastest stock botttom end LS1 belonged to a friend of mines LS1 TA, it ran a 9.64. The car was very much gutted though, both cars are. We use to call my friends LS1 a meat grinder back when he use to street race it, car had no cage, no door bars, no crash suports, it was a hacked up shell, he ended up doing a cage, set the record, motor let go, did a 408 and sold the car. To get going that fast on a stock bottom end you have to have a very light car. Last pics I saw of the ECS car it was to the point where it had metal removed from it. Funny thing was my other friend set the record for fastest stock bottom end LS1, his car only ran a 117 on motor, on gas it was beast that could hook like hell. You could get an LT1 in the deep 9s on the stock bottom end, the car would be a shell though.

 

Never would have thought that those types of numbers could be made on a stock bottom. How much spray did they throw at those cars? Very impressive.
