Defroster and off buttons on the dash

Defroster and off buttons on the dash

Anyone with a 3rd gen notice if the plastic under the defroster button and the off button heat up after driving, not too hot to touch but just warm. I removed it and am wondering if I did somethign wrong with plugging them in.

come on, somebody has to be driving a 3rd gen daily, just feel the plastic under the buttons when ya drive and let me know

its probably just from the lightbulbs behind it. alot of cars do this
