Ok, this is my first post here and my first time visiting this forum. I do not actaully drive a camaro, as you can probably guess from my name I drive a 99 Ranger 4x4. I have bucket seats from a 97 Camaro, charcaol leather, I must say camaro's have very very comfortable seats in my opinion. My question is, would the rear seat out of a 97 fit in a 82+ Camaro? I have a the rear seat that matches my buckets and I have someone who bought it but they are now wanting to back out because they dont know if it will fit. Can someone tell me what years are interchangable on the rear seats.

All the 82-02 seats are interchangeable, i actaully have a set of 97 camaro seats in my 86 t/a. The only raeson the seats would not fit is if the third gen had a split rear seat, but all you would ahve to do is take the bracket off and it woul fit right in. and the only other thing is that the forth gen cars have a shoulder seat belt too so the holes for that would be showing beacause the third gen only has a lap belt in back
