good, twisty, empty roads in socal to have fun on?

I don't have the time to 'research' this and I'm too cheap to buy the guide. So any suggestions for those empty roads that wind through scenic country (and such), to let loose on??

There are some maps and routes on there...

I would hit up Yerba Buena myself if you want a good run.. Not many cars, and a lot easier on your car than say Decker or Tuna Canyon...
