Question Is this my clutch wearing out already?

Hey there, 2 years ago I installed a Spec stage 2 clutch in my car. Since then I have put about 20K miles on it. When it was new it seemed that the clutch began to grab real soon after the clutch pedal was released. Now after letting it sit all winter and taking it for a ride yesturday, it seems that the clutch pedal feels a lot like it did when it was still the stock clutch going out. The first half of the pedal travel results in nothing, then it starts to grab, and by the time its fulling engauged, the pedal only comes out about an inch at the most. Is this simply that the clutch pads are wearing down? Any other suggestions? If they have worn down can I just get a new clutch disk, and skip the PP? The car has seen quite a few runs down the track with Nitto DRs and ET streets. Also, i dont quite baby it on the streets.
