Has anyone installed a set of Jet Hot Long-tube headers, they include a bunch of clamps so I'm going to be using them, but do you still need spot wields. Especially where the Y-pipes meet the headers, do you just use the clamps, b/c won't wieldng the y-pipe into the header damage the jet hot coating on the headers.

No you dont need to weld anything.

 

Ok, thanks, i guess the clamps are adequate enough then.

 

Just make sure you have them connected good and you should not have any problems.
