dont buy from 1msfyter bad seller or theif

am putting this up as proof that payment was recieved. today i tried to contact him through im's but once again no response.
as it stands now
4 e-mails
3 pm's from 3 different fourms
3 threads on other boards
5 attempts to get him through aol instant messanger
i am not tring to be a DlCK but i have paid for something and now i get no response. i know its only 30 bucks but if he would just respond to my first e-mail telling me there was going to be a delay i would be cool with this. but he doesnt respond and i see him selling on other boards! whats up with that. i would take a simple .."i am waiting for the sale of the rest of my murchandise so i only have to make one trip to the P.O." i would be cool with that.

he aceptes the money the night i send it telling me he will send tommorow(17th) i e-mail him on the 19th for a tracking number...no response. and from then its like every other attempt to get intouch with him if futile

Honestly I am surprised because I have bought from Mark b4 and allways recived my goods in good shape, give him some time, he might be having some health issues and hasnt responded because he has not been to his computer, but you shouldnt have a prob I Know Mark and he was allways straight up with me.

Like Gary said perhaps there is some sorta family emergency going on. 30$ seems like not a lot to be screwing board members on.

enzo before you go backstabbing me . Stop harrassing me . You paid me on the 17. They were dropped off on the 19th and i used regular mail 8-9 buss days. Go to you local post office and see if the large box is waiting for you. I would not and have never ripped off anyone when i sell items on line

I have purchased many things from him over the years from this board and others and never had a problem. What I have bought has always been top quality when received. I know many people who know him personally and he has an excellent reputation. Please don't jump the gun and post something negative about him until you have all the facts.

everytime i sold someone something i gave the courtisy of an e-mail telling them that the package was sent when they will recieve and answer any and all e-mails i am sent, answer any IM's and all private messages. common business practice.apparently you dont give a crap about the people you deal with. plenty of people got back to me with my posts,both privately and publicly on the boards. while you came to the boards and didnt even feel the need to respond. and why is it that you only respond when paypal notified you that i want a refund?19 days since payment i think i waited long enough

A seller really should have the decency (sp?) to return PMs, emails, and even a IM. Simply replying to a email could have avoided this thread and drama. Plain and simple.

Some buyers want reassurance and there isnt anything wrong with that.... some people have been burned before, like myself, and with all my transactions I expect A+ communication.

After re-reading the first post it seems the seller is the one that dropped the ball by not returning a promissed tracking #.
