And the winner is....
Pioneer Pole Buildings. After alot of research and getting quotes from a lot of companies I have finally decided to go with Pioneer. The garage will be 24x30x10. They gave me a GREAT price for the building! They are having a special on that building right now. Im putting in 2 overhead doors. A 16x9 in the front and a 9x8 in the back so I can put the trailer out back. Should be plenty of room for my car and any other "projects" that I may want to do on the side
. They are also having a winter special of 5% off if you let them build it between Jan 1 and Feb28 ... Kinda convienent that that happens to be just when I want to build it huh? If anyone out there is in the market for a real nice garage, dont hesitate to call them and get a quote. They have such great prices because they already have the buildings in stock, and dont have to custom make them.
After I cut down the trees that are in the way, pour the concret, and run electric, phone and cable out there it will be in the $10k neighborhood. But well worth it if you ask me. I will probably be able to make more than half that back in side work
.
BTW, you can check out some of their stuff at www.pioneerpolebuildings.com

Brian, that is a fabulous deal!! I will definitely keep that name in mind if Rick and I can't find a place that already has a garage. It would cost that amount of money for us to actually build the thing ourselves
!!
Congrats on another huge purchase
. It will definitely be well worth it.

Jacki, it is a great deal. The special is for a 24x32x10 for $6500 installed. That includes 1 3' insulated walk in door and 1 9x8 insulated overhead door. Does not include the floor. With the options I want it will be more. I'm addin bigger non insulated doors, and over hangs on the eve and gable sides. I'll insulate and drywall it next summer after I have the electric done. It will definately be worth the money! The car should actually be paid off by the time the garge is put up, then I can find another vehicle to drive and finally convert the Z into a more reliable race car. I just might be ready to run points with it next year
