Re: Tommorrow She Goes In The Car

Its an F2, we wanted the F3R but we figure we'll try this out first.

We are aiming to be the first stock suspended LS1 powered vehicle in the 7's. We'll be debuting the car at Thunder in 3 weeks.

Procharger speculates that it should be capable of 1600hp, but we are thinking more to the tune of 1400hp. Interesting tid bit is that it takes 200hp just to turn the blower to full speed of 65,000 rpm.

That's cool, you can make lots of power with an F2

Hope everything goes well!

Well, Donnie Hastings (NSCA Limited Street) runs an F2 on his 400ci. 23 deg headed motor and makes 1400hp, so you should be able to make more than him.

Interesting tid bit is that it takes 200hp just to turn the blower to full speed of 65,000 rpm.
Yeah I know, I have a little insider info! PM me if you want to know how and why!
