What Other Classic/Muscle Car Boards Do You Visit?

I have been looking for more Message Boards that are focused around carburated SBC and BBC stuff. I see this board has Classic Tech here, but wondering if there is something else out there.

Thanks In Advance.

Only other board I really like is nastyz28.com. It's a 2nd gen board.

Protouring.com has some older stuff. There is also a 1st gen site somewhere, but I have never been on it.

Unfortunately, the internet seems to be populated by the younger set, most of whom don't remember carbs! Or mention flatheads and they really go blank!

Ain't that a kick?

You put a carbed motor in the 4th gen, while I put a FI LT1 in my 68..

Carbs aren't dead, just not emissions friendly. And the intake technology for carbs has been developed over the past 50 years, FI is still a baby comparitively speaking. It still amazes me how much power the NASCAR motors are making, with a single carb and flat tappet cams.

But us "old" timers need to pass on some carb and distributor knowledge.. so it doesn't become another lost art.

Tex, I used to hang out a lot at ProTouring, but that has been invaded by the younger crowd too (bigger opinions, less knowledge lol). So I started my own forum.

Camaros.net is a great site for 1st Gens, carbed motors, etc. Some good people on there.
