4L60E rebuild, which clutches?

What are the best clutches I can buy? Also whats a good one that would be for a budget rebuild that'll hold 500ft-lbs? Just throw some names out there and what I should look for!! Thanks.

I have found the Borg Warner Hi-Energy 2-4 band & 3-4 clutches to work out the best, & Borg Warner clutches everywhere else. The Raybestos Blue Plate Specials do not work as well & are very costly.

blue plate specials are said to be the toughest but theyre a little grabby for a street car. i have the Hi-Energy clutches from the factory in my 4L65E and they seem to being doing very well. (knocks on wood).
