Just Watched 03 Cobra Dyno!
As the headline says I watched an 03 Cobra dyno at Agostino's. First pull all stock 368rwhp 375 tq
Second pull intake silencer and filter removed,387 rwhp 388tq
This car is bone stock! These are sae corrected,they were higher uncorrected! because of air quality!
My #'s went down 8 hp to 269rwhp and 295 tq she took a drop of 23 lb ft.
I have an ignition problem
wires,coil,module,MSD box? or plugs.
I have new NGK TR55's to put in tommorow.
I also have a header leak at #8.
Time to get this pig sorted out!

i'm not up on my ford stats, but where are the allmighty cobras at now? does this mean they will finally be able to be close enough to a stock f-body to at least see the rear lights
seems like most all newer stangs at the track are dog slow-like a 14.99 is a unreachable e.t. for them to get. maybe i just dont pay attention either, just a observation!
i recently had a wierd MSD problem (6al). on the street it was fine, but at the track it totally crapped out once i hit higher rpms. the higher i ran it the worse it got. acted like a very bad mis-fire, the it would go away after 30 minutes. i tossed the msd out and put a borrowed holley box in and all was fine.
dont know if that helps or not, just a thought!

Most magazines are getting high 12's and some mid 12's fom a Hardtop.
I am not a big Mustang fan but I have to respect that,being a car guy. My LT1 will need a nice Blue bottle to run those #'s(parts on the way)
If GM would have gave us Fbody guys the LS6 as a parting gift it would have been a better send off.
The only Stangs I have seen run high 14's are the 94-98 M5 hardtops and the 99 and up Verts and AOD cars.
The 99 and up GT's with a M5 run high 13's to low 14's unmodded.
This is LT1 territory, for $10,000 less Canadian $
For $10g you could bolt on enough sh*t to run 11's
I can't believe I am sticking up for Mustangs
