I'm using Rally Series components in my car and I couldn't be happier with them. I had Infinity Reference components before. They sounded good but the mid-woofer distorted badly at high listening levels. And that was with them hi-passed at 80Hz @18dB/octave. I don't get that with the BA's.

You just so happened to pick out one of the BEST brands in speakers today. Although they're pricey, they're awesome. I'm running 2 sets of components(unsure of product #), they're about 2 years old and they're the only thing left in my car that i dont have the urge to upgrade. They've kept me satisfied for a while, worth the $$

Well worth the $$ a friend of mine has them in his T/A and they sound great. He has 2 JL Audio 10s for the low's because they don't handle bass very well. But of course they are not ment to anyway.

They are alright. I got to hear a set of BA Pro Components and they were alright. Little too bright for me, but i am used to my A/D/S speakers.

Thats exactly why I went with the Rally Series. I find that more often than not I always like the lower level tweeters when compared to the higher level of the same make. I thought the same thing about the Infinity Reference Series over their Kappa Series. In both cases I thought the more expensive tweeters were just too harsh sounding. I could be mistaken but I think both higher end tweets use hard domes while the lower end use soft domes. That would explain a lot since I've never cared much for the sound of hard dome tweeters. They have too much Zing for my tastes.

I have Pros in my 97, they were in the 85. i have 6.5 2 ways in the doors, and 3 ways in the stock locations in the back. gonna have to make a MDF baffle if you want them to sound good in the doors, though, the stock inner doors are weak.
