will my stock lug nuts work on y2k vette wheels?
i'm buying some chrome y2k's tonight and wanted to know what my options are on the lugnuts since they are not included.

They should work with no problem - but unless they are chrome they won't look good at all.
Assuming you have stock wheels though - your lugnuts will work - you just won't be able to use the cover caps.

I don't think you will be able to use the cover caps - that's why I mentioned them.
Lugnuts should be fine - most are about the same size (as long as they are the right pitch, etc.) - But the covers don't fit in the small holes of many wheels.
I don't think you can get chrome covers anywhere anyhow...just chrome lug nuts.
Hey Jason - if you see this thread - you should pull your post about "gorilla nuts" over into this section - just to give it some character.

cool, i'll just run down to autozone to get some lugs if they got them.
i'd like to see the gorilla nuts too, jason.  wait a minute, i'm not sure i worded that in the best possible way.

I bought Gorilla lugs and locking lugs for my chome Z06's. They blend right in.
