You guys that DO or KNOW how to CC cylinder heads in here>>>>>
I am CC ing my own heads, I have a plastic burret(0-100 CC)I used alcohol to start and it ruined(melted) a $93 burrett, what other medium(fluid) is used to do this, water will rust the seats, I was using good alcohol and food coloring, but that won't work($93 lesson)any ideas would greatly be appreciated, I am drawing a blank, could not afford a glass burett($160) SO I had to pop for another plastic one.

You need a glass burette for the alcohol. If you don't have a glass one, you need to use a different liquid (obviously)
.
Solvent tinted with a few drops of dye or automatic transmission fluid work well since they will not rust the metal.

I used a plexigalss sheet that I cut to fit the whole head. And put pin holes to fill the CChamber. The plexi was sealed with bearing greese and then bolted on.
Simply use water and food dye. As far as rust goes you have to balance out the CC from piston to piston that means they will see the air gun as well as B-12 carb cleaner again and again. Just clean them up as you go and when you are done.
I have pictures but I'm out of hosting space
