Anyone have Power Enrichment and Timing Advance Calculations per Air Density?

Anyone have Power Enrichment and Timing Advance Calculations per Air Density?
Has anyone devised a program (windows or spreadsheet/paper) to generate usefull PE (or %change to Fuel Air) and timing changes according to air density for our pcm (obd1 or 2)?
