What kind of shape are the rims/tires in? I assume they are salad shooters right?

Yup they are the old salad shooter wheels but they are in good shape, tires got 80-85% tread left and these have never been abused! Believe it or not. I went with bigger wheels so these no longer serve a purpose for me.
