got my car professionally detailed. a couple questions...

yeah i just got it cut polished and waxed about 1.5 months ago.

how long should i wait before i hand wax her?

im thinking of going with meguiars gold class clear coat wax.

but am not sure if i can apply this as often as i want without build up.

anyone ever tried the show car glaze 7?

Depending on your driving habits and if your car is a daily driver or not will make a difference, if your car is a daily driver then the wax that was applied is just about gone, carnauba waxes only last a few weeks if your car is parked outside. If you want great durablity (if your car lives outside) then go with a synthetic product like Zaino or Klasse, these products will outlast carnauba waxes 5 to 1. If you use Gold Class it will not "build up" due to the cleaners it contains. Glaze will not give you any protection, it's only used for shine, and there are many products that will give you this level of shine and offer you durablity.

I have to argue for the Show Car Glaze. I love it when its done it looks and feels like glass. If on as a second coat it is amazing. I use the Meguirs Gold Class liquid since I cant afford Zaino with no problems. I love it.

But Yah chances are the wax has already worn off so its close to time again.

Good Luck,
