100 shot on a stock motor?
I heard anything over a 90 shot will hurt these motors due to the hyperblow-up pistons. I was planning a 100 shot. Have any of you guys had a problem with a 100 shot and stock motor?

A well regulated 100 shot is viable on a stock bottom end.
So, yes - if you do it right.

My '94 stock short block has serveral 1/4 passes on the 150 shot and a couple of the 175 shot with no problems.
As long as it's setup correctly and with the safety features, especially a bigger fuel pump. I've ran a 100 shot with the stock fuel pump and my car runs great.

I ran a 200 shot on my stock motor before a main bearing spun (not nitrous related). You'll be fine.

I had a 75 shot on my car for about 6 monthes, used probably about 2 bottles through the motor. It was fast, but the motor wanted more, so its now at 125, no problems.

I have a home made 3 stage kit on my 94 Z with 110,000 miles...motor loves it Clutch hates it...lol...BTW my 3 stage is 50 hp off the line, another 75 at the flick of a switch and another 50 at the flick of another switch and yes they all work off of one micro switch...so thats a total of 175hp good for 2.3 seconds and 12mph in the quarter...
