Switching a LT1 to a LS1or 6 in a 93-97 F-body?

Switching a LT1 to a LS1or 6 in a 93-97 F-body?
Would there be any tranny problems during this switch? I really aint that a big professional on new body camaros. Im mostly into old muscle with the real motors, 350,396, 427, and 454!!
