spots on windshield wont come off?!?!?!?
Ive got these spots on the outside of all my windows and tops that wont come off. They look like dried soap or water spots and ive tried vinegar but it didnt help at all. Anybody have any suggestions on how to get rid of em? Id really appreciate any help.

I would suggest trying Z-12 glass polish, or a similar product.

Polisher, Can the Zaino glass cleaner be used on tinted windows?

No, no, the Z-12 is very strong it has abrasives, would not be much left of the tint after use.
