HELP. water spots on vinyl

i have tried wax, polish, almost everything i can think of and nothing seems to work to be water spots off of my vinyl stripes. i need some help fast, its getting out of hand.

GreekZ, Have you tried white vinager. Take a little on a cloth and rub it on the spot. Do this in an out of the way spot first. I know it works on spots on paint but not sure what it would do to the vinyl.

yeah someone else told me about the vinegar thing but that didnt work either. someone else told me to try using some all purpose cleaner like formula 409 but i was afraid it might discolor it. any suggestions?

you ever find out how to remove those things?? i got a couple of spots that are annoying the hell out of me.
