What do u T56 guys use for scatter sheild ?

What do u T56 guys use for scatter sheild ?

I cant seem to find anyone who makes a scatter sheild for LT1 to T56 .. they make them for LS1 to T56 ...

im gonna need a scatter sheild .. and more so i want one on there for the sake of my legs

no one makes an SFI bellhousing for that application. you could get a bellhousing blanket. I think jegs has them. some tracks may give you a hard time(depending on how fast you are) Just tell them its that or nothing

a bellhousing can be bought.....it costs approx. $2500, blanket costs just over 100.... take a wild guess what i chose

that blanket is for automatics .. i need a bellhousing blanket ..

know anyone who sells a T56 or universal bellhousing blanket ?

well i put my stroud blanket over my bellhousing.

The lack of an SFI bell housing is one reason that I switched to a TH400. The blanket will cause a lot of heat to build up in the tranny if you use it on the street, the main reason I don't like them. Also, they get grungy very quickly. I did look into a custom SFI bellhousing, cost prohibitive.

Are blankets as good (or better) than a shield? I really don't know. I got the CSI composite shield, which looks really flimsy but supposedly is very effective.
