The emergency brake actuators will not match up.

I have the emergency brake cables from the 99 as well. How do I center the rear end so that its not **** eyed. Not side to side anjustments with the panhard. But so the rear is not to far forward. Or to far back. Or if one side is closer to the front of the car and the other side is closer to the rear bumper.???

It should be straight. All 93-02 F-body rear suspension setups are the same. If it's crooked, then it could be bent suspension components or tweaked mounts on the rear end.
