Post power lose

Hello well i just got my engine built up and now i have a little problem.Well the problem is that the car runs very bad after 45mins of driveing. The car starts to shake and idle very low,and the exhaust note sounds totaly different and when i give it throttle it does not respond very well feels like i don't even touch the pedal. This problem only occurs after 45mins of driveing it otherwise it drives good and idles fine.So anyone have a clue thanks. It has a new coil, plugs, wires
