The year one catalog says it increases performance by having less rotating weight and absorbing vibration. Can you guys feel any difference? thanks

I switched about a year ago. For me it appeared to make my car bog a little less and have slightly more power down low.

It definately helps to create less vibration.

That's good news. My 94 car really shakes over 80mph these days. I have the newer driveshaft in my garage, just waiting to do the swap or have it done.

my car doesn't really shake at all at top speed tho so i don't know if it would make much difference. if it gives you more power i might put one on tho

I've been told by some other impala folks that switching from the stock 3" steel driveshaft to a 3" aluminum driveshaft is worth 10rwhp.

I know that its almost a requirment when you up to 4.10's...it eliminates the vibration that is caused.

I put one in because I found a sweet deal, couldnt really tell the difference, but, doesnt mean there isnt one.
