V6 to V8 swap problems
symptoms:
lacking power yet getting readings on MAP, MAF, coolant temp, IAT sensors.
from 1/4 to full throttle feels liek it delivers the same torque, although TPS sensor reads normal idle and WOT voltages. need to check if readings are realistic or not
excessive fuel consumption 80 miles to tank
vibrations from driver side when engine is running and is not congruent with car speed
clutch rattles LOUDLY when pedal is released at dead stop unlike any thrwoout bearing Ive heard
clutch rattles congruently with engine speed in gear
vibration in transmission i think, sometimes difficult to engage gears--possible clutch hydraulic system problem.... pilot bearing gone and the input shaft is moving around maybe?
tach and speedometer read innacurately. within 200 at idle, but when actually at 3300 it shows around 4100
