Question Stainless Steel OR Ceramic Coated Headers?

Looking for long tube headers for my 2002 Camaro Z28. Looking at the QTP Stainless Steel Long Tubes or the Hooker Ceramic Coated Headers. Heard/Read good things about both. My question, in your opinions, is which one is the better out of the two. I drive my car everyday and take the occasional road trip in it. (Maybe once a month or two months) If I get the QTP's, since they are not coated, will they cause more (too much) heat under the fiberglass hood? If I go with those, can I have them coated or is that not needed? Don't know a lot about these headers so forgive me if these are dumb questions. All suggestions & any help is appreciated. Thanks.
