Yes, BUT, you will also need the 98+ fenders, hood, headlight assemblies, and inner metal bumper. Everything is a bolt on, I havnt done a pontiac front end conversion, I think you will need to rewire the headlights (not a big deal) since yours uses 2 headlights and the 98+ uses 4. I have done the swap on my Camaro, but both styles are 4 headlight systems and plug right in. Not sure on the turnsignals/ fog lights. Again, not a big problem, tons of people have done it, just use the search box.

Also, try doing a search in the appearence section on this site. Should be a step by step write up.
